We aim to provide a person centred service; we do this by matching our staff's personalities to each client base.

Substantive base – Fox Elms Care provides domiciliary care. If you were to be employed by the company you will be based at one of our properties. You may be moved after discussion with your line manager or as client need dictates, although continuity is key to our success.

Hours – Our full time contract is 37.5 hours a week on a three week rolling rota, you have every third weekend off and never work more than 4 consecutive days in a row. The rota is made up of Early and Late shifts, an early is 7.30am-3pm and a late is 2.30pm-10pm. Waking nights are 9.45pm-7.45am.

Training – On your first day you are given 2 hours of induction, over the next few weeks you shadow a member of staff and then they would shadow you. Within your first three months you will attend our 3 day in house training, all trainers are managers within the company. A day and a half in Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) and the next day and a half is mandatory training which is first aid, Safeguarding of Vulnerable adults, medication, moving and handling, epilepsy, infection control, food hygiene and mental capacity act.

Safeguarding Checks – Offer of a position is subject to CRB and 2 satisfactory references.
